Initially, JIMAI achieved independent production capacity by purchasing five sets of CNC lathes and machining centers.
The initial container was exported to Turkey, which signified the commencement of international commerce.
JIMAI Obtained an appearance patent for AT actuators that showcase JIMAI's unique design.
The workshop area has been increased to 5,000 ㎡, and the total number of CNC lathes and manufacturing centers has reached 60 sets.

JIMAI Developed a visual sealing test device to accurately evaluate the sealing of pneumatic actuators using quantified data.
JIMAI Developed an automatic screw fastening machine that significantly reduced manual labor, enhanced appearance, and minimized unsecured connections caused by human factors.

Expansion of Production Space in 2022
In order to accommodate the production of valve gearboxes, the workshop area was increased to 9,000 ㎡.
CNC lathes that are equipped with robotic limbs are capable of machining shafts and pistons continuously for 24 hours, thereby increasing efficiency and reducing labor costs.
The decoration of the new factory has been finalized, and production has been formally initiated.
